What are back-in-stock notifications?

Back-in-stock notifications are automatic email alerts sent to customers who subscribe to an out-of-stock product. When the store restocks the product, subscribers are instantly notified so they can return and complete their purchase.

How do I subscribe to a product notification?

Visit any product page that is currently out of stock. You will see a "Notify Me" form where you can enter your email address (and optionally your phone number). Submit the form and you will be added to the notification list for that product.

When will I receive the notification?

You will receive an email notification automatically as soon as the product is restocked. The system detects stock changes in real time and dispatches notifications instantly — no manual action is required from the store.

Can I unsubscribe from notifications?

Yes. Every notification email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also visit the unsubscribe page directly to cancel your subscription at any time without needing to log in.

What notification channels are supported?

Email notifications are supported by default. The plugin can also optionally collect phone numbers, enabling future support for SMS or WhatsApp notifications depending on your store configuration.

Does it work with marketplace / multivendor stores?

Yes. The Back in Stock plugin is fully compatible with the Botble Marketplace plugin. Vendors can view back-in-stock subscriptions for their own products directly from the vendor dashboard.

Is my email address safe?

Yes. Your email address is only used to send you back-in-stock notifications for products you have subscribed to. We do not share your information with third parties, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
