Les notifications de retour en stock sont des alertes email automatiques envoyees aux clients qui s'abonnent a un produit en rupture de stock. Lorsque le magasin reapprovisionne le produit, les abonnes sont instantanement notifies pour qu'ils puissent revenir et finaliser leur achat.

Comment m'abonner a une notification de produit ?

Visitez n'importe quelle page de produit actuellement en rupture de stock. Vous verrez un formulaire "M'avertir" ou vous pouvez saisir votre adresse email (et optionnellement votre numero de telephone). Soumettez le formulaire et vous serez ajoute a la liste de notification pour ce produit.

Quand vais-je recevoir la notification ?

Vous recevrez une notification par email automatiquement des que le produit sera reapprovisionne. Le systeme detecte les changements de stock en temps reel et envoie les notifications instantanement — aucune action manuelle n'est requise de la part du magasin.

Puis-je me desabonner des notifications ?

Oui. Chaque email de notification inclut un lien de desabonnement en un clic. Vous pouvez egalement visiter directement la page de desabonnement pour annuler votre abonnement a tout moment sans avoir besoin de vous connecter.

Quels canaux de notification sont supportes ?
